Aalto Women in Business is the way to get in contact with leaders of tomorrow and get inspired by leaders of today. We are a network of ambitious women aiming to create a culture in which women actively build their professional networks and help each other to advance their careers. Our target group consists of women interested in their professional development and proactively building their careers. Networking is at the heart of our operations, and we organize dozens of events every year. 

We work on a voluntary basis. AWIB has grown strongly over the years, and today with more than 3 500 members, we are one of the biggest and well-known women’s professional networks in Finland.
