What?

Aalto Women in Business is a way to get in contact with women leaders of tomorrow and get inspired by the women leaders of today. We are an independent alumni association organizing a network of professional women consisting of over 3500 members and led by a core group of five engaged women.

We provide a forum for discussion and peer support from like-minded women and organize events with networking opportunities and inspiring guest speakers. See our Events page to learn more about the event concepts.

Why?

Aalto Women in Business wants to create a culture where women have the courage to aim higher and actively support each other in reaching their full potential. We want to help young, ambitious women figure out where they’re at, where they want to go and how they’re going to get there. Together we can find out what all is possible.

For whom?

The group is targeted at 25–35-year-old ambitious and passionate women from different academic backgrounds who are interested in personal and professional growth.
